Delivery questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 24 hours. Metro cities receive them in 2 to 4 days, the rest of India in 4 to 7 days. You get updates on WhatsApp at every step.

Where do I find my AWB number?

It is in the shipping update we send by email and WhatsApp once your order leaves our warehouse.

My tracking has not moved for two days

Couriers sometimes update in batches. If nothing changes for 48 hours, write to us with your order ID and we will chase it.
